One of our biggest projects is to work for changes in the education policy. As part of these changes we have been working to create a more rational school fee structure in both private and state-run schools. For this, we painstakingly built a database of the fees charged by the top schools as well as the state-run schools in Gurugram, created a platform for school management, parents and policy makers to interact, and drove a signature campaign to get schools to stop arbitrary hikes in fees.
We have developed a deep understanding of the state of the education system in Gurugram. The lessons we have learnt through our projects and the steps we took to build and drive campaigns are available here.

Art was one of the ways to highlight the problems and fix the problems on MG Road. The concept behind the #FixMGRoad project was to bring all agencies—RWAs, civic bodies, malls, and corporates—to come together to find viable solutions to everything a road needs- smooth traffic flow, cleanliness, safety and above all aesthetics. We wanted it to be an example of good governance and citizen participation.

Starting with helping MCG design a plan based on the Municipal Solid Waste Rules, 2000, we intend to include a regular monitoring mechanism that offers feedback from a citizen’s perspective on the MCG website. We are also helping the MCG create a comprehensive project for the total segregation of waste at the household level; its proper collection and transportation as well as operationalizing a reliable processing solution for the collected and accumulated waste. Our end-to-end focus includes developing a transparent IT system to support the above initiatives. We also drive the Polythene-free Gurugram campaign.
